This peer reviewed article , published in the BDJ, reflects on the educational development of the dental law and ethics course at the University Bedfordshire.With the help of Claire Morris, I inspired and designed the curriculum for the PG Cert which uniquely was the only one in the UK that provides this specifically for dentists.Hoda Wassif has been instrumental in developing the PG Cert into a Diploma and Masters programmes and has dedicated a huge amount of time , skill and effort it making this a very popular and exciting programme. This article looks back at the first five year of this unique course.
